Share Holland, MA, LPCC

​

Share has worked as a individual psychotherapist, researcher, group facilitator, and eating disorder specialist. She most recently completed a year long clinical internship at the Play Therapy Institute of Colorado. By working closely with parents, Share considers the entire family dynamic in order to best support the most pressing goals.

Share is passionate about working with girls and teens in order to help them learn internal regulation and empowered expression. 

 

She encourages girls and teens to be who they are and support them in discovering healthy relationships to self and others. In this way, girls and teens learn to feel validated, integrated and whole, accessing their own inherent wisdom and inner resources in order to become their most authentic selves. 

Sandie Bershard, MA

As a transformational coach, mentor for highly sensitive individuals, writer, speaker, and healer, Sandie Bershad, M.A. wears many different hats. Through her work, she strives to offer inspiration and fiercely compassionate support and guidance for the many different challenges and transitions individuals encounter within their lifespan. 

 

Sandie has worked with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds in her private practice and is experienced in facilitating groups for children, adolescents, and adults alike. Most recently, she completed a year long clinical internship providing therapy for children, teens, and their families at the Play Therapy Institute of Colorado. She is continuously in awe of being able to witness the transformation that happens when her clients are given the tools they need in order to fully thrive. 

 

In her work with young girls and adolescents, she seeks to provide each girl with a safe space to explore her emotions, learn to fully love herself, and passionately believe in herself and her dreams.
